Tisztelt Hölgyem!

A rendelkezésre álló adatok alapján a következő lépéseket javaslom.
Mindenképpen Urológiai Szakrendelést kell felkeresni ahol szükség lesz a műtéttel kapcsolatos záró jelentésre ill. az esetleges kiegészítő kezelések(gyógyszeres, irradiatio) leírását tartalmazó leleteire a nőgyógyászati műtéte kapcsán.
Volt-e vizelet tartási panasza a műtétet megelőzőleg.
Feltehetőleg onkológiai céllal történt a Wertheim műtéte - ennek szövettana,stádium besorolása szükséges lehet.
Úgynevezett urodynamias vizsgálat is szükséges lesz a későbbi kezelés meghatározása céljából.
A lényeg tehát az, hogy van kezelési lehetőség, de előtte urológus szakorvosi kivizsgálás szükséges a pontos diagnózis megállapítása miatt. Ez némi kitartást igényel majd az Ön részéről, de csak így lehet a pontos statuszt rögzíteni s a megfelelő kezelési módot biztosítani.
Ennél pontosabb iránymutatást nem tudok nyújtani így elektronikus úton - a többi már a kezelő orvosa dolga lesz!

vizelettartási probléma

Tisztelt dr. Inko!
Az előző kérdezőhöz hasonlóan nekem is 3 éve volt Wertheim műtétem. Azóta vannak vizelettartási gondjaim. Sosincs hólyagteltség érzetem, ezért állandóan az órát figyelem, nehogy "elkéssek". Ha utazom, vagy hosszabb ideig nincs lehetőségem WC-re menni, nem merek folyadékot fogyasztani. Néha teljesen váratlanul csak megindul és egy bizonyos mennyiség kifolyik, nem tudom megállítani. Éjszaka legalább 2x kimegyek, hogy ne történjen "baleset". A nőgyógyászomtól nem kaptam érdemleges tanácsot, csak türelemre int. 60 éves vagyok, de aktív életet élek, dolgozom, túrázom és jógázok.
Kérdésem, van-e lehetőség ezen a helyzeten javítani?

A fenti adatok alapján nem kizárt az irradiatio következtében kialakult cystitis lehetősége. E tekintetben a besugárzást végző onkológussal célszerű konzultálni, majd az illetékes urológus szakorvossal, aki egyidejűleg az inkontinencia típusát és fokozatát is meg tudná határozni.
Ezt követően a klinikai kép ismeretében első helyen gyógyszeres és életmódi terápia javasolt és csak ezek hatástalansága esetén jöhet szóba műtét.
Az irradiatios kezelés időpontja és dózisa, valamint kiterjesztése fontos adat lehet urológusa számára!
